Will my Penfriend Portable work on an RM Network?

Affecting products:

Penfriend XL Portable, Penfriend XP Portable, All other language Portable variants.

Problem:

Yes it will. There has been an occasional report of difficulty in getting Penfriend Portables to be accepted by RM CC3 networks.

Solution:

Go to the RM Management Console (Software Restrictions Settings) and allow the Penfriend Drive to run -
Penfriend XL.exe
Help_PF_XL_GB.chm
or
Penfriend_XP_GB.exe
Help_PF_XP_GB.chm
(Depending on which versions of Penfriend products you have in the school.)
